Upload fails or stalls

  • Check network connection
  • Confirm video is 1080p, 25 FPS, Wide FOV
  • File may exceed 100 MB — trim in GoPro Quik
  • Check You → upload jobs for errors

“You need to add a camera with calibration data”

YouMy Cameras: register GoPro, load calibration JSON, assign camera on segment/run.

“Please assign a camera with calibration data to this segment”

→ Edit segment or pick calibrated camera before 3D reconstruction.

Matching or comparison looks wrong

  • Segment and run must use identical GoPro settings
  • Avoid Ultra Wide, mixed FPS, or heavy mud/rain on lens
  • Re-record with clean lens and stable mount

No GPS in video metadata

GoPro Hero 5+ with GPS enabled improves auto-match on the map. Without GPS, set start/end manually on the GPX track.

Processing takes a long time

Server GPU jobs queue during busy periods. Wait several minutes; check segment/run status in the app.

Use in-app contact/support with run ID, segment ID, timestamp, and screenshots if possible.
